  sad times.

  i am signing a condolence card for a gentleman in our building whose daughter was one of the victims.

  she had just come back to work from a maternity leave - and so leaves a new baby.

  My TV Has Demons

  recently my tv will turn itself on ocassionally.

  my wife said it has changed channels while she was watching it.

  the remote was not out in the open, but was in the arm of my recliner.

  what are your favourite computer games?

  i want to buy some so what do you recommend?

  i think simulation games such as those explaining how ancient civilisations worked are very educational and useful.

  Like Daystar, I too love Battlefront. Haven't played much else since I purchased Battlefront II. Hey, Daystar, what console are you playing on? I've been considering plugging my X-Box on line and seeing what that game play is like.

  A JW's reaction to new BLOOD letter.

  here is an actual jw response, from another board, about the new blood letter.

  notice the brainwashing.the service meeting was very informative and clearly helped spell out the duties of our dear elders in helping us during a trying time.

  it also made things very clear to each one of us regarding our individual responsibility when it comes to making our own choices on the blood issue.

  hello everyone, i've been lurking for quite a while now and am enjoying my time on this forum.

  i wasn't born or raised a jw, but married into it....sorta.

  my husband was raised a jw, never baptized, and became inactive once married.

  right now I only own the NLT because a co-worker bought me one. but so far it seems pretty good. I would have to say, much better than the NWT. At least I know who translated it.
